- 02Ship the head unit. Anywhere in the U.S.: get an RMA number online, pack the unit (not the car), and we diagnose within 24 hours of arrival and email a flat quote.
- 03Start online. The repair wizard gives a first-pass assessment any hour, and the AI receptionist answers the phone around the clock. A human follows up.
What we don't do

Audio and tech, not electrical
- No vehicle electrical diagnosis. Dead windows, no-start, charging faults, lighting gremlins: that is an automotive electrician's lane, not ours. We say so at the diagnosis and you pay nothing.
- No anti-theft, immobilizer, or factory-security bypasses. We install and repair within the manufacturer's design, not around it.
- No factory-system unlocks. Locked navigation or region-locked software stays locked unless the manufacturer's own procedure unlocks it.
- No repair-avoiding part swaps. If a $6 connector fixes it, we don't quote a new head unit.
