Privacy and repair handoff
Forum posts are public and may be indexed. Do not post your home address, phone number, email address, serial number, shipping label, ticket number, or financial information.
When you ask Tomasetti to inspect gear
Nothing is sent to the repair CRM unless you choose the repair handoff and check the consent box. We send only the contact, device, model, symptom, forum source, and thread reference you approve.
The CRM receives a snapshot of the approved information. Later forum edits are not silently sent; you must explicitly send an update.
Photos
Photos can contain location metadata and may show labels or addresses. Check an image before uploading it.
