- Flat quote — one number, parts and labor included. You approve before anything starts.
- 50% deposit — the project's slot and parts are covered; the balance is due on delivery.
- The build — photo updates as it comes together. Featured or kept private? Your call, we ask.
- Delivery — picked up in Longmont or shipped back, with before/after photos.
We run two build slots at a time so custom work never slows the repair queue — and every repair bench day keeps your project moving too.

Do you replace Nintendo Switch shells and Joy-Cons?
Yes — full shell swaps (custom colors, clear shells, damaged-housing replacements) and Joy-Con replacement or repair, from $75 plus the shell. Ship it in or drop it off.
Do you mod game consoles?
Yes — backlight mods for handhelds, HDMI upgrades for older consoles, cooling and fan mods, case work, batteries. Flat quote before work starts.
Can you add Bluetooth to my original radio or receiver without changing how it looks?
Yes — hidden Bluetooth and aux mods keep the stock look and controls. From $199 by unit.
How much do custom projects cost?
Every job gets a flat quote you approve first, 50% deposit, balance on delivery. Known mods have starting prices above; one-offs are quoted per project.
Do you take mail-in custom projects?
Yes — mainland U.S. mail-in, same packing guidance as our repairs, plus local drop-off in Longmont.
How long does a build take?
Small mods usually under a week; bigger commissions get a timeline in the quote. Two build slots keep everything moving.
