Drone & RC repair. $49 diagnosis, then a quote you approve.
Drones plus RC cars, planes, and boats on one bench: flight controllers, ESCs, gimbals, transmitters and receivers, battery connectors and soldered leads. The crash verdict comes first and honestly, before you spend anything on parts.
How drone & RC pricing works
$49 to find out exactly what your aircraft or car needs. The fix is then one flat quote, approved before anything starts.
Diagnosis
$49The $49 diagnostic answers the real question: what is actually wrong, whether the crash was fatal, and what the whole job costs. The crash damage assessment is part of it, and it is free when you approve the repair.
Flight controllers & firmware
Quoted after diagnosisCrafts that won't arm or won't fly straight. Reflash and configuration recovery where files exist, gyro calibration, and set-up proven with the props off.
ESCs & motors
Quoted after diagnosisMotors that cog, ESCs that burn, arms that no longer sit square. Measured on the bench, not guessed at from how it sounded on the last flight.
Gimbals & cameras
Quoted after diagnosisGimbal motors, ribbon cables, and mounts shaken loose by a hard landing. Stabilization is proven on the bench before the craft goes home.
Transmitters & receivers
Quoted after diagnosisBinding and range problems, antennas, stick pots, and receivers, for the aircraft and the radio alike.
Battery leads & connectors
Quoted after diagnosisXT60 and Deans work, soldered properly, chargers checked before packs are blamed. Whole-pack cell rebuilds live on the power tool battery bench, the same cells and process.
The three ways craft come in
Drones and RC fail in patterns. These are the three we see most.
It crashed and won't arm
Usually a failsafe state, a hurt ESC or motor, or a frame that no longer sits square. The $49 diagnosis makes the bent-frame-versus-fixable call with the props off, before any parts are bought.
It flies sideways or drifts
A bent arm, a damaged motor, or a confused gyro. Everything is measured on the bench, and the fix is proven before the craft leaves.
It won't charge or the pack reads dead
Leads, connectors, and chargers fail before packs do. Soldered leads are regular work here; when the pack cells themselves are the fault, the diagnosis hands you to the battery bench that rebuilds them.
Three ways in
However the job reaches the bench, the quote comes before the work.

- 03Start online. The repair wizard gives a first-pass assessment any hour, and the AI receptionist answers the phone around the clock. A human follows up.
What we don't do
Scope stated plainly, so you know before you book.
Honest verdicts included
- Crash economics, stated first. When frame, motors, and flight controller together cost more than the craft is worth, the diagnosis says so plainly and the diagnosis is free. The fix-or-replace decision guides walk you through the alternatives.
- Whole-pack cell rebuilds are the battery bench's job. Soldered leads and connectors are done here; sealed pack chemistry rebuilds live on the power tool battery page, and the diagnosis points you there when the pack is the fault.
- Builds and mods live on the custom bench. FPV upgrades, frame swaps, and full radio setups are custom work with its own quoting; repairs happen here.

Straight answers
Diagnosis is $49 and free when you approve the repair. After that every fix is one flat quote that depends on the model and its parts. You approve before any work starts.
Usually not. A crash leaves the craft in a failsafe or damaged state: a tripped failsafe, a hurt ESC or motor, or a frame that no longer sits square. The $49 diagnosis makes the bent-frame-versus-fixable call with the props off, before you spend anything on parts.
Sometimes. Carbon frames are measured, and arms or parts are swapped where replacements exist. When frame, motors, and flight controller together cost more than the craft is worth, the diagnosis says so plainly and you owe nothing.
Both. Binding and range problems, antennas, stick pots, and receivers are normal bench work, for the aircraft and the radio alike.
Not always. Leads, connectors, and chargers fail before packs do, and soldered battery leads are regular bench work here. Whole-pack cell rebuilds are a different process; the diagnosis points you at the battery bench when the pack itself is the fault.
Often, yes. Firmware reflash and configuration recovery are normal bench work where the files exist for the model, and the craft is set back up and proven before it leaves.
Repair labor carries a 90-day warranty. Parts are covered by their manufacturer warranty where one exists, and the quote states which is which.
