You can text the shop at (720) 964-0064 and, if you've opted in, we text you back about your repair. This page describes the whole program: what we text about, what the messages look like, how you join, and how you stop.

What we text about

• Repair status updates — intake confirmation, diagnosis updates, and "ready for pickup" notices.
• Appointment confirmations and reminders for drop-offs and pickups.
• Replies to your questions — if you text us, we text back.
• Missed-call text-backs — if you call and we miss you, we can text you instead of playing phone tag.

We never send marketing or promotional texts. Every message is about your repair or your question. Message frequency varies — typically a handful of messages per repair, only when there's something you need to know.

How you opt in

Two ways, both voluntary:

• Check the text-message box on our forms. The optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box appears beside its full disclosure on our intake forms: the drop-off intake form on our homepage, the mail-in intake form, and the online repair wizard.
• Text us first. Text (720) 964-0064 and we reply. Starting the conversation is consent to hear back.

The disclosure beside every form checkbox reads: "By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS text messages from Tomasetti Tech Repair about my repair, including status updates and replies to my questions, at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy."

What the messages look like

Real examples of every message type we send:

• Tomasetti Tech Repair: Your ticket T144 is ready for pickup. Bench hours are Mon-Fri 9-6, Sat-Sun 10-3. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Tomasetti Tech Repair: Reminder - your repair appointment is tomorrow at 2:30 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Tomasetti Tech Repair: We called about your device and missed you. Reply here or call (720) 964-0064. Reply STOP to opt out.

Stop, help, and costs

• Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Honored immediately, and we keep a record so you don't get texted again. Reply START to re-join.
• Reply HELP to any text for help info, or email repair@tomasetti.shop and a human reads it.
• Message and data rates may apply — texts count against your plan like any other message.

Your number and your privacy

We store the number you gave us, your opt-in with a timestamp, and the messages themselves as part of your repair record. Opt-outs are kept in a suppression list so a new form can't accidentally re-add you.
