- Free diagnostics, no strings. Up to 6 a year. Normally a diagnosis is $49 when you decline a repair; for members there is no fee either way.
- 5 covered visits a year from the everyday list: tune-ups, virus removal, deep cleans, setups, transfers, backup setup, Wi-Fi and printer help.
- Front of the queue. Members go to the front of the bench, with a 48-hour target on open days.
- 15% off labor on everything else. Repairs, board-level work, audio restoration: discounted, never full price.
- Parts are never covered. No part, on any job. That line is what keeps the membership honest, so it does not move.
- Up to 10 devices in the household, any mix: computers, phones, tablets, consoles, TVs, stereos.

Questions
What does "free diagnostics, no strings" actually mean?
Normally a diagnosis is free when you approve the repair, and $49 if you decline one we could fix. Members get up to 6 a year with no strings at all: we look, you decide, and there is no fee either way. That is the whole point, and it is why so many of our regulars join.
What counts as a covered visit?
The everyday list: tune-ups ($99), virus and malware removal ($79), deep cleans, system setups, photo and file transfers, backup setup, email and account setup, Wi-Fi checks, router setup, new phone or tablet setup, streaming setup, screen protector installs. Up to 5 a year.
What is never covered?
Parts, on any job. Board-level and micro-soldering work, audio restoration, and in-home installs stay paid work, at 15% off labor. One free board job would eat years of fees, so the line is the line: parts and bench-heavy specialty work are discounted for members, never free.

How does the founding rate work?
The first 10 members pay $99 a year, locked in for as long as they keep the membership. It is a two-way deal, said plainly: those first members are what gets a new local shop off the ground, and the locked-in rate is what you get back for helping it grow. After the first 10, it is $149 a year. That is the honest version of every "limited offer" you have ever read: the number is small because the cap is real.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your member link. The membership runs to the end of the year you paid for, and it does not renew if you cancel. We would rather earn the next year than trap you in one.
Does it cover my household or just me?
Up to 10 devices in the house, any mix: computers, laptops, phones, tablets, consoles, TVs, stereos. The membership is tied to your email and phone number, so the whole house can use it.
Is it worth it if I only call once in a while?
Honest answer: it earns its keep with two declined-repair diagnostics, or a tune-up and a diagnostic, or any one repair where the 15% matters. If you never call us, it is not a good deal, and we would rather tell you that than sell it to you anyway. It is built for the people who keep coming back.
